Step Into Supervision: A Development Week for Experienced Coaches
Discover why becoming a supervisor is the essential next step for coaches who want to grow, give back, and make a bigger impact.
Why This Week Matters
Coaching is deeply rewarding, but it can also feel isolating, heavy, and relentless. Supervisors are the people who hold the coach, create safe reflective spaces, and strengthen ethical and sustainable practice. Without supervision, coaches risk burnout, blind spots and missed opportunities for growth.
Step Into Supervision has been created to show you why supervision is not optional but essential, and to give you a first-hand experience of what it feels like to step into the role of supervisor.
Why Step Into Supervision
Supervision is your next step because it gives you:
More Income
Scale your practice by working with groups of coaches or save money for your organisation by bringing supervision in house.
More Freedom
Earn well without adding more one-to-one hours.
More Impact
Influence not just one client, but every client your supervisees support.
This development week will show you exactly why supervision is the natural next stage of your coaching journey.

Why You Need to Become a Supervisor Now
Supervision is not just good practice. It is the natural next step for experienced coaches who want to work smarter, grow their influence, and increase their impact.
Earn more in less time
Supervisors often work with groups of coaches, meaning you can scale your practice and create sustainable income without adding more one-to-one hours.
Expand your impact
By supporting other coaches, your influence reaches every client they work with. The ripple effect of supervision multiplies the difference you can make.
Position yourself as a leader in the profession
Stepping into supervision marks you out as someone trusted to guide, challenge, and develop other coaches.
Strengthen your credibility
Organisations are increasingly asking for coaches who are supervised, and supervisors themselves are in demand to provide assurance of quality and ethical practice.
Safeguard your own practice
Supervising keeps you sharp, reflective, and resilient, so you can continue to coach at your best.
Contribute to the future of coaching
By becoming a supervisor, you help raise professional standards and ensure coaching continues to grow as a respected, ethical, and impactful discipline.
