Frequently Asked Questions
If you have any questions, email us at hello@thecoachingcatalysts.com.
There will be no more than 10 coaches within each group mentoring session. It is also worth clarifying that the role of the mentor coach is to ensure coaches are working towards the 8 competencies so coaches will not be offered any business mentoring during the programme.
This programme has been designed to be completed in 6 months.
However, should you wish to complete your mentor coaching sooner, as per ICF rules coaches have to be mentored over a minimum of 3 months. If you wanted to complete in this time, you could choose to attend the first 8 sessions of group mentoring and complete 3 x 1-1 mentoring coaching sessions within this timeframe.
We have 5 support huddles throughout the programme to support you with any administrative questions around the application or credentialling exam or working towards your coaching hours. These sessions are not compulsory to attend and are informally faciliated on the following dates:
Monday, 22 September 2025⋅2:00 – 2:30pm
Monday, 13 October 2025⋅2:00 – 2:30pm
Monday, 24 November 2025⋅2:00 – 2:30pm
Monday, 12 January 2026⋅2:00 – 2:30pm
Monday, 23 February 2026⋅2:00 – 2:30pm
Each coach will need to ensure their coaching qualification meets the ICF requirements to successfully be awarded an ACC or PCC credential. We strongly encourage coaches to check with the ICF via their website or support email that the completed course meets its requirements.
Our mentor coaching groups will consist of coaches who are applying for ACC accreditation, ACC renewal or PCC accreditation. We strongly believe that this will add a valuable dynamic to the groups where coaches are all learning from each other and reflecting on their journeys with coaches who are at different stages.
It’s important to note that the 1:1 sessions will be tailored to the credential each coach is applying for.
You will also need to pay a fee to the ICF to apply for credentialing. Please refer to the website here.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel.
That’s fine, we absolutely understand that life happens. All we ask is that you notify the mentor at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session and our cancellation policy will apply and you can re-arrange for no additional fee. Unfortunately, if you cancel or fail to attend within the 48 hour window, you will be charged for the session.
It is important that you are able to attend all the 8 group mentor coaching sessions and add these dates to your calendar. All times stated are in the UK time zone.
