What to expect in the
Coaching Catalysts Collective?
Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision is our core offering within the Coaching Catalysts Collective and is an essential part of our personal and professional development as coaches. Through monthly group coaching supervision sessions, consisting of a maximum of six coaches per group, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, reflect on your coaching practice, receive feedback, and identify blind spots that you may have missed on your own. This will help you become a better coach and improve your coaching effectiveness.
To ensure psychological safety and group dynamics, we ask that you commit to regular monthly supervision, for a minimum of 6 months.
At the end of the six-month block, you will have the opportunity to move to a different block if you want to work with a different group or supervision.
But we don't stop there...
Coaching Development
We also offer monthly coaching triads to continue developing and honing our craft as coaches. This is an opportunity to work with other coaches in a safe and nurturing environment, where you can practise and fine-tune your coaching skills and obtain feedback according to key core competencies.
Learning and Development
We believe in exploring other modalities, approaches, and theories to enrich our coaching practice. That's why we invite regular expert speakers to share their knowledge and insights with us.
Weekly Prompts
Each week, coaches will receive prompts to set intentions for the week ahead, an opportunity to reflect on the week sharing insights, learnings and wins. In addition, a regular Q&A post will be available for coaches to ask questions, tap into the hive mind of the collective and receive support.
Community
Coaching can be an isolating profession, and it's essential to have a supportive community of like-minded coaches to turn to. In the Coaching Catalysts Collective, you'll have access to a supportive and nurturing community of coaches who are committed to their personal and professional growth. You'll be able to build relationships, share insights, and learn from others
Catalyst Connection Call
Each month you will have a chance to meet other coaches and build relationships, share insights and support each other during our Catalyst Connection Call. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others who are committed to their personal and professional growth.
In-Person Events
And to take online connections offline, we will also offer two annual in-person events. These events are designed to connect coaches together, deepen relationships and provide opportunities for learning and growth.
Why should I join the Coaching Catalysts Collective?
As a coach, investing in our service will be one of the best decisions you can make for your personal and professional growth, where you'll have the support and resources you need to become the best coach you can be.
What’s the investment?
The monthly investment for The Coaching Catalysts Collective is £147.00 per month.
However, if you choose to invest for the year, you will receive two months free. So, instead of paying for 12 months, you'll only pay for 10 months. This is a great way to save money and commit to your personal and professional development as a coach.

What do our clients say about
The Coaching Catalysts
Amy Kranz, Career Coach and Teacher, Kranz Coaching
One word I would use to describe supervision is insightful.
My biggest learning from Coaching Supervision is the importance of a varied coach community. The impact that supervision has had on my coaching practice is that it's making me more reflective of my practice. So far, the biggest (and most effective) change has been using an intake survey to establish the client's purposes for receiving coaching and how they are motivated/demotivated in a coaching situation. Hearing others' practice and concerns and interacting with a select group of others is really helpful both for building my network of coaches and seeing how coaching works outside the iPEC (my training company) bubble. I really learn so much!
Nilima Willis, Nilima Willis, Director, Cyber Security - Petra Consulting Ltd
Sarah and Rebecca have an energy about them that puts me at ease. They operate from a place of care and understanding. I feel nurtured being a part of the Coaching Catalysts community. I can operate at my own pace and know that I can delve in for more if I need it. I want to share this with others and have started to do so.
