Who are the Coaching Catalysts?
The Coaching Catalysts are a devoted organisation committed to advancing excellence through coaching, training, and supervision, with the aim of creating a more conscious and connected world. Sarah Bramall and Rebecca Daniel, the visionary co-founders of The Coaching Catalysts, possess extensive expertise as Accredited Coaches with The Internal Coaching Federation (ICF), Coach Trainers, and Coach Supervisors, coupled with a collective thirty years of teaching and leadership experience in the education sector. Their mission is to empower fellow professionals by providing them with the catalyst to ignite change, facilitate growth, and unlock their full potential.

Sarah Bramall is an accomplished ICF Accredited Coach, Coach Supervisor, and associate trainer for The Coaching Academy.

Rebecca Daniel
Rebecca Daniel is a highly skilled Coach (ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach), Coach Supervisor (EMCC ESIA accredited), and coach trainer.
Rebecca is an Associate Board Member for the UK Chapter of the International Coaching Federation working in the Partnerships directorate.
With a broad range of expertise, her coaching specialisms encompass neurodiversity, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging), mindset development, resilience, and communication.
