1:1 Coaching

Receiving 1:1 coaching is the most effective way to achieve quicker results due to its bespoke format. The coaching sessions will help you to establish where you currently are, what you want to achieve, any obstacles you are facing and establishing what could be and has been holding you back.

 

Together, we will explore actionable steps you need to take to help you achieve your goals by exploring your values and beliefs, improving your confidence, strengthening your mindset, prioritising your wellbeing, exploring ways to develop leadership and communication skills and silencing those pesky mind-goblins which impact us all.

 

Each coaching session lasts for around 60 minutes.

 

If a block of 6 or more sessions are booked, each client will receive a personalised *DISC behaviour and personality profiling assessment and a bespoke feedback session.

 

Location: Online | Duration: 60 minutes

Investment: from 1 session (£247), 6 sessions (£1297) for individuals who are self-funding. Contact us for corporate and for not-for-profit rates.

Team Coaching

Team coaching with The Coaching Catalysts supports team members to embrace change, cultivate a growth mindset, and enhance team collaboration.

 

Through team coaching, we support your team to: navigate dynamics, foster trust, and align goals, resulting in increased productivity and a shared sense of purpose.

 

Team coaching typically begins with DISC personality profiling, *DISC is a profiling tool which enables individuals to understand and have an increased self-awareness of the behaviour and personality of themselves and others. The DISC profile will help to identify your areas of strengths, areas for growth and how to utilise these to support tam dynamics.

 

A team coaching session typically lasts 90 minutes and we can accommodate 6-8 people in each coaching group.

 

Location: Online via Zoom or Google Meet, or in person for an additional fee.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a process which provides clients with deep and thought-provoking questioning to help them overcome their obstacles and achieve their personal and professional goals.

 

Through coaching, a coach can facilitate change, growth and progression with their clients.

 

The process of coaching doesn't require a coach to be a specialist in a particular field, as a coach believes that their clients have the answers to their problem within themselves. The process of coaching helps coachees to unlock these answers and reach their full potential.

 

AS MY COACH, WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As a coach our main responsibilities are to help our clients gain clarity around their wants and desires, remove barriers which are hindering them from achieving their goals and helping them to establish their goals. It is our responsibility to help raise our clients' awareness through powerful and thought-provoking questioning techniques to support them in their journeys.

 

As a coach, we are there to ensure coachees take actionable steps towards their goals and coach them through this process. Ultimately, our main repsonsibility is to take our clients on a journey so they can move from where they currently are towards achieving their personal and professional goals,

IS COACHING VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON?

We are so fortunate to be living in an era where technology can allow us to learn and develop from the comfort of our homes or workplaces. All coaching services have been designed to EITHER be delivered online via FREE video conferencing programmes e.g. Zoom, Google Meet. Alternatively, coaching sessions can be delivered face to face at an agreed location for an additional fee.

HOW LONG WILL EACH SESSION LAST?

Coaching sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. Each session depends on the package agreed and chosen by the coach and coachee.

HOW LONG CAN WE WORK TOGETHER?

The duration of a relationship can vary and this is dependant on the package agreed and chosen by the coach and coachee. The most common package for our 1:1 is our 6 session package; however, clients can renew this for a further 6 session should the require it.


We also offer businesses and organisations the opportunity to have our coaching services on a retainer, which means we can be available to you, your employees etc. as you require. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.
