He spent 11 years as a Professor at Warwick Business School, where he designed and led LeadershipPlus, an experiential module for MBA students. He also taught leadership, change management, and organisational behaviour, supporting students at all levels. Before joining academia, Bob worked in learning and development at British Gas, Transco, and National Grid, where he created leadership programmes, coaching initiatives and later authored several books on coaching and management. She has held roles in the NHS Leadership Academy and currently serves on the EMCC Supervision Special Interest Group, championing high standards in supervision.
