What is included in the Coaching
Catalysts Supervision Collective?
Coaching Supervision is our core offering within The Coaching Catalysts Supervision Collective and is essential in supporting your personal and professional development as coaches. Through monthly group coaching supervision sessions, consisting of a maximum of six coaches per group, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, reflect on your coaching practice, receive feedback, and identify blind spots that you may have missed on your own. This reflective and collaborative process will help you become a better coach and improve your coaching effectiveness. To ensure psychological safety and group dynamics, we ask that you commit to regular monthly supervision, for a minimum of 6 months. At the end of the six-month block, you will have the opportunity to move to a different block if you want to work with a different group or supervisor.
Coach Development
We offer monthly coaching triads to continue developing and honing our craft as coaches. This is an opportunity to work with other coaches in a safe and nurturing environment, where you can practise and fine-tune your coaching skills and obtain feedback according to key core competencies.
Learning & Development
We believe in exploring other modalities, approaches, and theories to enrich our coaching practice. That's why we deliver high quality training to support professional development, based on the needs of the community.
Weekly Prompts
Each week, coaches will receive prompts to set intentions for the week ahead, an opportunity to reflect on the week sharing insights, learnings and wins. In addition, a regular Q&A post will be available for coaches to ask questions, tap into the hive mind of the collective and receive support.
Business Development
This monthly session focuses on a core aspect of business development, covering a range of topics, from client attraction and messaging to creating structure and systems to help you to thrive in your coaching business.
Community for Coaches
Coaching can be an isolating profession, and it's essential to have a supportive community to turn to. In the Collective, you'll have access to a supportive and nurturing community of coaches who are committed to their personal and professional growth. You'll be able to build relationships, share insights, and learn from others.
Connection Call
You will have a chance to meet other coaches and build relationships, share insights and support each other with others who are committed to their personal and professional growth during our call. This is a monthly opportunity to reflect on key learning points from the previous month's Learning and Development session. You will have a chance to meet other coaches and build relationships, share insights and support each other while cementing your learning and committing to action.
In-Person Events
And to take online connections offline, we will also offer two annual in-person events. These events are designed to connect coaches together, deepen relationships and provide opportunities for learning and growth.
